Terms and Delivery

These general terms and conditions apply to all personalized orders placed by the customer with Sama24.nl.

Personalized orders can be placed through:

1) Various software offered by Sama24.nl.

2) Via sama24.nl (“the Sama24.nl Website”).

3) By uploading digital photo material via memory cards or directly from the phone.

By placing personalized orders, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Article 1. Definitions

In the General Terms and Conditions of Sama24.nl, the terms below have the following meanings:

Engraving: composing a product using Sama24.nl’s software

Photo material: the photos provided by the customer.

Photo projects: composing a photo product using Sama24.nl’s software.

Article 2. The Agreement

2.1 Orders placed via Sama24.nl are considered accepted by Sama24.nl after Sama24.nl has sent a confirmation email. The customer then also receives a unique order number with which the customer can check the status of the order.

Article 3. Quality, Cancellation, or Return

3.1 A product with a photo or engraving is a personalized product, which makes it impossible to cancel, modify, or return an order once it has been placed.

3.2 It may occur that Sama24.nl cannot fulfill an order due to technical reasons. In that case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The purchase amount will then be refunded by Sama24.nl. If the order does not meet the specified requirements due to a production error, Sama24.nl will reprocess the order.

3.3 The delivery times indicated by Sama24.nl are for indication purposes only and cannot be considered as a strict deadline. Sama24.nl strives to deliver the order within the indicated timeframe.

Article 4. Photo Material

4.1 The quality of a Photo order produced by Sama24.nl depends on the quality of the Photo material. The image quality of the prints will generally not be able to exceed the quality of the original Photo material.

4.2 The customer guarantees that the Photo material offered by them, or the processing, editing, or reproduction thereof, does not infringe on (intellectual property) rights of third parties and is not in violation of any legal regulation, public order, good morals, or what is otherwise deemed appropriate in society according to unwritten law. The customer fully indemnifies Sama24.nl against all possible claims resulting from this. An order in violation of the above will not be executed by Sama24.nl.

4.3 If Sama24.nl or persons working for it reasonably suspect that criminal offenses can be observed on Photo material, a report will be made to the police, and the Photo material will be handed over to the police.

Article 5. Other

5.1 The personal data that the customer provides to Sama24.nl when placing the order is used and stored by Sama24.nl for identification purposes when delivering it to the home. Sama24.nl processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the GDPR. The customer’s email address will be used to inform about interesting offers. A customer can unsubscribe from this at any time.

5.2 For home delivery of the order, payment must be made in advance. Only when the payment has been accepted will the customer’s order actually be placed with Sama24.nl.

5.3 Sama24.nl is not liable for delay, loss, or damage to orders caused by third parties delivering the order.
